We provide comprehensive services in the field of 3D SCANNING and 3D MEASUREMENT. We have state-of-the-art scanning and measuring equipment. We offer REVERSE ENGINEERING services including digitization of machine parts, 3D model creation, drawing documentation and rapid prototyping to optimize design work and improve manufacturing processes.

3D SCANNING

Using mobile 3D optical scanners with triple scanning and blue light technology, which have high accuracy and resolution to capture the surface shape of scanned objects, we quickly and accurately provide the necessary data for further processing.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

We provide analysis based on physical machine parts and equipment, especially in cases where CAD data is not available or to verify this data. In the framework of reverse engineering we use our 3D scanning and measuring equipment, reconstruct CAD data, perform FEM/CFD analysis of the parts under investigation including mechanical tests.

3D MEASUREMENT

We provide custom measurements on 3D measuring devices with high accuracy to the thousandth of a mm according to the size of the measured part. The maximum size of the measured part is 800 x 1000 x 700 mm.
