Last week, the VÚTS campus was transformed into a scene of emergency response operations. Tactical training took place here, involving a total of 11 units of volunteer firefighters, the Railway Administration Fire and Rescue Service, the Czech Red Cross, and other emergency services.

The training scenario simulated a fire in a production hall – specifically a milling machine – and included the evacuation of employees, the rescue of injured actors, and intervention in a smoke-filled area. Approximately 80 members of the integrated rescue system were on site, demonstrating precise cooperation and excellent coordination throughout the entire operation.

Some of our employees also took part in the training, giving them the opportunity to see the operation up close, learn about the technology, and remind themselves of the importance of safety procedures.

We would like to thank all the units involved for their professional approach and excellent cooperation! Events like this are important – they increase preparedness and awareness of safety in practice.
