Our company VÚTS hosted an international delegation from OECD Eurasia.

At the beginning of June, we welcomed participants of a regional study visit organized by OECD Eurasia as part of the mission “Supporting the Digital Transformation of SMEs in Eastern Partner Countries” to VÚTS. The aim of the visit to the Czech Republic and Poland was to share experiences with various entities in support of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. Participants from ministries and other representatives of state administration and the private sector are gaining practical knowledge about the implementation of technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0 as part of this mission.

As part of the program, our CEO Jiří Václavík presented our company and activities within the European Digital Innovation HUB for the Liberec and Hradec Králové regions (EDIH NEB) project to support companies in digitalization, gave guests a tour of the technologies in our prototype hall, including automation and smart manufacturing, and discussed innovation and applied research in engineering.
