Last week, we had the honor of hosting an international meeting of the AMPS project consortium at VÚTS. The project is funded by the Horizon Europe program and focuses on transforming the production of SOC (Solid Oxide Cell) cells, a key technology for the future of energy.
Twenty experts from Finland, Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy arrived in Liberec. The day-long program included presentations by individual working groups, expert discussions, and tours of our laboratories and testing facilities. VÚTS plays a key role in the field of digital twins, which will enable complete production monitoring and optimization of component manufacturing in real time.
The aim of the AMPS project is to develop cost-effective, automated, and high-performance production of solid oxide-based components and cells, with an emphasis on quality control, process monitoring, and the integration of virtual twins into the production environment.
The project consortium brings together leading European players such as VTT (coordinator), Elcogen, SITEC, Smartal, Rocksoft, Haikutech, Dosetec, and research partners such as Polito and VÚTS.
We would like to thank all partners for their active participation and look forward to further joint progress towards modern and sustainable production!
