The current issue of the magazine Letectví + Kosmonautika 05/2025 features an article entitled “Composite fuselages and wings are ground by a unique machine developed at VÚTS,” which focuses on our activities in the aviation industry.
Most of the article is devoted to the Orličan project, but other projects are also mentioned, demonstrating the broad scope of our work for the aviation sector. The article presents the development and specifics of one of our unique machines designed for machining composite aircraft parts, specifically fuselages and wings.
We would like to thank all our colleagues and researchers involved in these projects! It is a pleasure to be able to present the results of our work to a wider audience.
